How to Open a Retirement Account To open an account as an IRA, SEP, or other individual retirement account, you will need to open an account with Millennium Trust Company, LLC. You will have to complete the following steps: Download paperwork from our website to open an account. You may not use our online account application for an IRA. Complete the account paperwork and send to: Millennium Trust Attention: Futures Department 820 Jorie Blvd. Suite 420 Oakbrook, IL 60523 Please contact the Futures Department at Millennium Trust, LLC by calling 1-800-932-0053, or by web at www.mtrustcompany.com, and open an account with them. You will be required to have a minimum balance with Millennium Trust of $500.00 (USD), however, Velocity Futures, L.P. account minimum is $5,000.00 (USD). They will submit your completed Velocity Futures, L.P. account paperwork to us. Fund your account by sending money directly to Millennium Trust, LLC. They will in turn fund your account with us for you to begin trading or have your account managed by a third party. Millennium Trust, LLC will charge you $150.00 (USD) per year to perform the trust function for your account. It is best to send them a separate check to pay for this that is not from the funds in your IRA. Millennium Trust, LLC places a mandatory 7 day waiting period on all accounts opened. If you have any questions once the paperwork is completed and sent to Millennium Trust, LLC, and you have an account opened with them, please contact us to download your trading software and begin trading. You will receive daily statements via email from Velocity Futures, L.P. and you will receive monthly statements from Millennium Trust, LLC.
